Kidogo was one of 3 organizations globally invited to contribute to the World Bank’s white paper ‘Better Jobs and Brighter Futures: Investing in Childcare to Build Human Capital’. In addition, Kidogo’s co-founder/CEO Sabrina was invited to be a panelist at the launch of the World Bank’s white paper ‘Better Jobs and Brighter Futures: Investing in Childcare to Build Human Capital’ where we were described as a pioneer in this space. Sabrina spoke alongside Mobile Creches and Smart Start and was interviewed by Joan Lombardi Ph.D. - Senior Scholar at the Center for Child and Human Development at Georgetown University.

The report studies 11 examples of innovative support for HBCC (Home-Based Child Care), understanding their defining features, and identifying lessons for others while answering the questions: what are the defining features of emerging support programs for HBCC? And what best practices and lessons can we learn from these support programs that can help to scale their impact worldwide?
