We are happy to share we have welcomed Kidogo's new COO, Franciscah Nzanga to the team.
Franciscah Munanie Nzanga is a well-seasoned leader, who has spent the last decade in senior leadership roles at Villgro Africa (COO) Living Goods (Global Senior Manager, Innovation) and MicroEnsure (Head of East African Operations). With an Actuarial Science background and MBA from Heriot Watt University she has run efficient operations systems, coached and developed great teams, and established processes and corporate governance policies in verious countries. Franciscah is analytical, strategic, results-driven and is excited about scaling Kidogo to more children across the region. As a mom of 2 and the founder of Mama Mzazi Mommy & Me, Franciscah knows all to well that raising a child takes a village. We’re thrilled to have Franciscah join our Kidogo family.
